Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
🔄 Returns
Yes, you may return your order.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
✅ Return Conditions:
The product must include all parts, components, and original packaging in the same condition as delivered.
The product must show no signs of damage from misuse or mishandling.
Any hygiene-related item must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
Defective or damaged-on-arrival items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of arrival at our return center.
⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is found to be used, altered, or damaged beyond our control.
📦 How to Return Your Order
If your return meets the conditions above, follow these steps:
Email us at info@lacruzyfashion.com
Include the following details: Your Order Number, Reason for return, A photo of the product (especially if damaged), Your full name and shipping address.
⛔ Do NOT ship the item to the sender address on the package.
We will provide the correct return address after reviewing your case.

❌ Cancellations
You may request a cancellation if the order hasn't shipped yet.
❗ Cancellation Rules:
Orders are processed automatically once placed.
Cancellations are only accepted within 5 minutes of placing your order.
A 10% processing fee applies to cover transaction costs.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item after delivery.
🚚 Orders in Transit
We ship primarily from ASIA, so delivery times may vary due to international logistics.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Once the item is delivered, you may follow the standard return policy to initiate a return.
You may still notify us of your cancellation intent, but you must wait for delivery before returning.
💸 Refund Conditions
If your order is returned or successfully canceled:
You will be refunded the product amount, minus the original shipping cost and (if applicable) the 10% cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of: Receiving your returned product, or Receiving and approving your cancellation request (if product hasn’t shipped), Refunds are sent back via the original payment method used during checkout.
📍 Return Address & Processing
All approved returns must be shipped to our central return warehouse in Asia.
The return address will be provided after your return request is reviewed.
📦 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
