Processing & Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares and verifies each piece prior to dispatch.
Processing time: 1–3 working days.
(Orders placed Monday–Thursday are usually processed within one working day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer.)
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–12 working days, depending on your location.

How to Place an Order
Ordering from Lacruzy Fashion is simple and secure:

Review your selected model and variant (e.g. strap colour or finish).
Proceed to “Checkout” and complete your shipping information accurately.
Confirm your details on the “Shipping” page.
Continue to payment — all payment methods are SSL-encrypted for complete security.

Once payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Your order will then move into the processing stage before dispatch.

All products are delivered directly to your door free of charge.
